Shipping Policy
Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During busy holiday periods, please allow up to 6 business days.
For US residents, orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, it usually takes between 7-12 days for the items to reach their destination. However, it can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, items may take up to 35 days to arrive. If your order is taking longer than 25 business days to arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Please note that no refunds will be provided for shipping delays that are beyond our control.
All shipping times exclude customs/clearing delays.
For pre-order or backorder items:
If your order contains a pre-order or backorder item, we will ship the items we have available immediately and ship the pre-order or backorder items as soon as they are available. So if you ordered more than one item in one order and only receive some of the items, don't worry, the remaining items will be shipped shortly.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile number) with a tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for the tracking information to be visible.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately via contact us if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME OF AN ITEM?
The processing time of an item is the time between receiving your order and physically shipping your order. After receiving your order, we carry out rigorous quality control and testing to ensure the quality of the product before it is shipped to meet your expectations. This may include detailed internal checks: material quality, zippers, seams, trims and patterns, interior, lining, etc. The total processing time will vary depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or item. Larger orders will obviously take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that processing times can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, time of year, national holidays, etc. If your order contains very popular items that are experiencing stock issues, processing and shipping may take between 5-10 business days.
