Return Policy
DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR AN EXCHANGE?
Please note, we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly request all our customers to carefully check the product listings and product sizes before placing an order to avoid any discrepancies in orders.
DO WE ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Customers can only request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that this request is not always approved, as our fulfillment center processes orders as quickly as possible. We will first verify with our fulfillment team if the product has already been shipped. If not, we will cancel the order.

and we will respond as soon as possible.
DO WE ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We cannot accept refund requests once we have shipped the order. We will always inform our customers of any shipping delays.
We will only accept a refund request if the product you received is completely different from your order, for example different size or color. We can also resend the correct product for FREE.
Please note, however, that we are strict with the following conditions:
- The item comes from our store
- The item has not been used in any way
- The request MUST be sent within 5 days after receiving the package.
For damaged products or products that are different from your order, please email our support team at Info@mimiluamsterdam.com
and include the following information in your email:
- Reason for refund
- Photo/Video of the received product
- Order number
Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 24 hours and if we have verified your request, we will resend the correct product for free. However, we cannot provide a full refund.
We do not offer refunds if the order was delivered according to the tracking number but the customer did not receive it, as this may be due to the possibility of theft of the package for which we are not responsible.
